- Prepare bulk quantities of food items in accordance with established recipes;

- Experience in a commercial food service environment is desirable but not required;
- Must be able to understand and follow written and oral directions; and
- Must be physically able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Performs a variety of tasks related to food production and food service in a fast-paced environment under the direction of the food service manager.
Food Service Workers are provided on-the-job training and are expected to become proficient in accomplishing required duties during a six-month probationary period.
