We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can help with the corporate accounting, quarterly reports, external reporting, and ad hoc projects.

The ideal Senior Accountant must have at least 1 year at a Big 4 firm or have worked in public accounting with private equity clients.

Responsibilities
Audits – primary person for that doing the prep, due diligence, help auditors get through annual financial statements
Qtrly – calculate management fees – management fee base calculation, drafting the model and then executing it
External reporting – Standard and ad hoc basis
Corporate Accounting – journal entries, general ledger
Ad hoc projects – annual general meeting that all partners and investors go to – they prepare slides for that meeting, tax requests
