**Job Description**
**Overview**
This position will primarily work 11:30am - 8pm on the tray line. Fast paced, made to order cooking for patients. Responsible for cleaning, cooking, and closing the assigned areas. Rotating weekends and holidays. Prepares regular and therapeutic diet, hot and cold food items for retail, patient, and catering. Assembles food items according to production sheets under the direction of the Chef, Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Requires 1-3 Years of food preparation experience.
ISDOH approved certification of Food Handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some facilities.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
