- Administer injections and collaborate with BH providers to ensure client is receiving proper doses.
- Efficiently document in EMR.
- Process medication refills.
- Follow up with labs, and assist on rooming clients.
- Bachelors preferred.
- Indiana RN license required or LPN

Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Marion Co.
Hours are M-F 7-5pm or with flexible scheduling available. Some travel between locations
