- Supervise and manage design drawings from customer requirements to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with local power utility companies for new/upgrades of electrical service.
- Design electrical power and lighting systems from service to load.
- Arrange service room layout, coordinate utility conduit, grounding, and lighting protection.
- Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports.
- Conduct electrical & fire alarm field surveys.
- Perform photometric calculations using electrical AGI 32 software.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- NYS Professional Engineer required.
- 10+ years' relevant design experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of New York State Building Codes.
- Ability to generate new business across all sectors.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with design team and client stakeholders.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in providing technical direction and on-the-job training to less experienced Electrical Engineers.

We have an immediate need for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our expanding MEP design team in our Buffalo or Rochester, NY Offices.
