Job Description:
The person will be responsible for the maintenance of security / IT systems at customer sites.

They will need to ensure the operational functionality of the systems under our scope while working closely with customers, contractors, vendors, and establishing good working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Corrective Maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to):Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensuring they are in working condition at all times.

Perform Routine and Corrective Maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing, and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.

Work as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime, and achieve business KPI.Collate reports and checklists of PM works for billing purposes and CM works report for filing.

Prepare/updates service checklists.
Monitor spare parts availability to support and meet system downtime. Monitor EOL/EOS of installed equipment.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and customers on-site matters, work schedule, and quality of work.

Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist, and asset list).Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle.

Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.


Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering discipline preferably in Electrical / IT industry. Other engineering experiences are also welcome.
Working experience in the Maintenance industry, preferably in the Physical Security System market. Project execution experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Security / Server System / Network equipment is an added advantage.
Able to be on standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24-hour emergency service.
Possess good analytical skills and the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
The ability to work quickly and under pressure. Good problem-solving skills are needed.
