    Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

    Location: Nashville, Tennessee

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of healthcare construction experience to join our team.

    Position Overview: As a Project Manager focused on healthcare construction, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of healthcare projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, while ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage healthcare construction projects in Nashville, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    2. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop project plans, specifications, and budgets.
    3. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
    4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement timely and effective solutions.
    5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    6. Manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract administration.
    7. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
    8. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
    9. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.
    10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing healthcare construction projects.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project management with a general contractor.
    3. Strong understanding of healthcare construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    4. Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
    5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    6. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
    7. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and NFPA requirements.
    8. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification or equivalent preferred.
    9. LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices is a plus.
    10. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within the Nashville area as needed.
