Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve workers compensation claims involving moderate to high complexities and exposures.

*** Direct and perform investigations, negotiations, and disposition of moderate to high exposure claims including medical and litigation management.

*** Manage activities of medical ancillary programs and external counsel to ensure compliance with strategy, budgets, and outcomes.

*** Ensure pending claims are handled within autonomy level, claim handling guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

*** Support training and development of less experienced staff.
