    To enable the next phase of growth across the FlashBlade business unit, we are pleased to announce the openings of a Chief of Staff to FlashBlade GM.
    This individual will be responsible for three major areas: managing the rhythm of the business and standing executive meetings, managing cross-company initiatives, and supporting strategic imperatives aligned to our vision. This role will report to the General Manager of the FlashBlade business unit and will engage with FlashBlade leadership on a regular basis.
    Key Responsibilities
    Meet with stakeholders across TA and Finance to maintain overall BU-wide perspective on hiring and financial tracking vs. plan
    Direct and coordinate the cadence (agenda and attendees) for FlashBlade staff meetings, clarify and document decisions and actions
    Provide guidance and support to teams working on developing agendas for Ops Reviews and All Hands
    Attend various cross-functional meetings to keep a pulse on cross-company initiatives and how/when to apprise or involve FB leadership
    Oversee annual goal-setting to assure OKRs are aligned with overall FB vision; maintain Perdoo with timely updates for progress against current OKRs
    Serve on PBG Chief of Staff forum to provide input regarding processes and stay apprised about happenings and changes across PBG
    Project manage deliverables and work streams related to quarterly PBG updates, estaff updates
    Lead discussions, program manage items the leadership team chooses to implement related to employee morale, development and recognition
    Key Qualifications
    BA in related field required, MBA preferred
    Minimum of 4 years in Business Strategy consulting role for one of the leading firms, e.g. Bain, McKinsey, etc. or a combination of experiences across the following: business strategy, business operations, organizational development and/or program management
    Advanced program management capabilities
    Astute, well-developed business acumen including proficiency in understanding company financials, key performance metrics and the drivers of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. business and success
    Proven track record of building consensus, aligning priorities, supporting decision-making including familiarity with different types of decision-making frameworks (RAPID, etc.)
    Impeccable interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
    Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
    Strong ability in distilling large amounts of information, arriving at the key 'net' conclusions and presenting concise decks in Powerpoint or google slides
    The annual base salary range is: $161,000 - $242,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
