    Exciting Opportunity as a Medical Assistant at Our Healthcare Facility

    Are you ready to be a crucial part of our team as a Medical Assistant? We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring smooth operations in our department. Your main duty will be to assist our clinical staff and patients with various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. Your goal will be to complete all assigned tasks accurately, maintaining high quality, and meeting deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct patient interviews and record basic medical history
    • Manage appointment scheduling
    • Update and organize medical records for billing purposes
    • Prepare patient charts and assist during medical examinations
    • Handle correspondence and maintain financial records
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms

    Requirements for Success:

    • Demonstrated experience as a medical assistant
    • Familiarity with medical office procedures and systems
    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
    • Empathetic and service-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
    • Medical assistant certification/training required
    • Phlebotomy skills considered a bonus
