Day to day:
Support staff and Project Managers with Administrative duties
Maintain all presentation information for trade shoes
Provide assistance and direction to Project managers and Sales managers with regards to proposal formatting and content, as requested, as well as drafting project profile content.
Update and maintain electronic bid boards
Take and transcribe meeting notes
Making travel or conference arrangements
Interface with customers including the request of paperwork and expedite internal and customer paperwork
Maintain department office environment and replenish office supplies
Assist with Project Manager Sales Reporting such as cumulative reports, monthly reports, closed job reports
Hold monthly project coordinator call
Desired Skill Set:
2+ years in an Administrative support position within the Construction or Contracting industry
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience supporting Project Managers with developing, editing and copying bids, proposals, submittals, agreements, contracts
Take and transcribe meeting notes
Office administration duties such as photocopying, scanning, order office supplies, arrange travel
Compensation:
$22.00/hr to $27.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
