- Drive the product vision, strategy, and execution plan for Evaluation Services in close partnership with engineering, design, marketing, and evaluation service teams
- Define, prioritize, and execute against a roadmap that delivers meaningful value to our partner network and evaluation services users
- Write clear PRDs, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering to translate product needs into scalable APIs and workflows
- Engage directly with B2B partners to uncover pain points, validate requirements, and shape solutions that align with their goals
- Work closely with technical teams to define API requirements and technical specifications
- Use data, user insights, and business priorities to inform decision-making and continuously improve the Evaluation Services experience and roadmap
- Support go-to-market activities including positioning, pricing, and partner enablement in collaboration with business and marketing leaders
- Help evolve operational processes to scale the Evaluation Services offering across an expanding partner base
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with 3+ years in B2B
- Strong technical understanding and comfort writing API technical specifications or working closely with API documentation and developer teams. STEM background or equivalent technical background highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead zero-to-one initiatives affecting many functions across the business, including effective influencing and prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide prioritization and product iteration
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable owning large problem areas and operating in ambiguity
- Team-first mentality with an ability to mentor peers and influence without authority
- Experience in fintech or trading platforms
- Experience launching zero-to-one products and scaling them in partnership-heavy environments
- Experience building and shipping APIs products

What you'll do:
In this role, you'll lead the product strategy and roadmap for NinjaTrader's Evaluation Services business, which powers our B2B partner platform network by offering simulated trading environments for prop firms. Our B2B partners use our award-winning trading software to train futures traders in a simulated environment, and these partners expect NinjaTrader to deliver its trading platform reliably and with real-time monitoring, scale for their user growth, create features that resonate with their users, and deliver insights to help them run their business better. This role will collaborate with the GM for Evaluation Services, Product leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver a reliable, scalable, and intuitive product offering that meets the needs of trading firms while enabling their users to confidently progress toward becoming funded traders.
In this role you will:
The salary range for this role will be $180,000 - $210,000 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 15%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Hybrid:
