    • Responsibilities:
    • Familiar with the Life Saving Behaviors. (LSB)
    • Familiar with, communicates, and enforces Company and Plant ISO, SQF, GMP, and Safety policies andprocedures.
    • Manage all department employees, including but not limited to: approve or deny vacation requests,
    • time card verification, monitor attendance and complete and issue disciplinary action if necessary,accident investigation and assigning daily work assignments.
    • Responsible for new employee instructions assigned to your respective shift.
    • Responsible for supervising, overseeing and directing all techs, team leaders, and machine operators in their daily performance of job duties as it pertains to their productivity, quality of productmanufactured, housekeeping and safety.
    • Oversee production rate of skilled labor to monitor workflow, efficiency and quality.
    • Track and direct all parts manufactured as needed for work orders.
    • Consistently evaluating / documenting personnel performance as needed.
    • Accurate production reporting (WebEFF) and timekeeping (Kronos).
    • Conduct all counseling and written warnings, suspensions and discharges for warranted violations ofplant rules.
    • Work with Human Resources to review unique situations and termination paperwork prior to discussing or issuing paperwork to an employee.
    • Responsible for training assignments of new associates, evaluate progress during 90-day probationaryperiod, recommends discharge or retention.
    • Direct work assignments and ensure efficient labor utilization.
    • Drive improvements in production efficiency and MEEF.
    • Responsible for in the event of an injury, for preparing all accidents reports by thoroughly investigatingthe accident. Interview all witnesses and see that the injured employee receives medical treatment.
    • Ensure that all hours worked by associates are accurate in the attendance system and verify all time
    • cards of all hourly associates working on their shift.
    • Responsible for issuing corrective action notifications for program areas failing to meet the quality /delivery expectations.
    • Managing housekeeping of entire production area.
    • Supervise production activities and provide direction and support shift.
    • Resolve issues with employees.
    • Other duties as assigned.
