We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory administration, Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure Platforms, Microsoft Exchange server, virtualization (VMware), and networking (Switching and Routing).
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions for our clients across various industries.
Windows Active Directory Administration:
Manage and administer Windows Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, group policies, domain trusts, and security permissions.
Windows Server OS:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Microsoft 365 and Azure Platforms:
Assist clients with the implementation, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and Azure cloud services.
Microsoft Exchange Server:
Administer Microsoft Exchange servers, including mailbox management, email routing, and troubleshooting email delivery issues.
Virtualization (VMware): Deploy, configure, and manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware technologies, including ESXi, vCenter Server, and VMware vSphere.
Networking (Switching and Routing): Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network performance for clients.
