Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a School Nurse in Lisle, IL. The School Nurse will be responsible for promoting student health and wellness, providing medical care as needed, and supporting a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies
• Assess and treat student injuries and illnesses, and provide emergency care as necessary
• Develop and implement individual health care plans for students with chronic conditions
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records
• Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics and preventive measures

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements for working with children in educational settings
• Professional references required
