- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple part-time community-based Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) roles across several states
- Conduct high-volume sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach) while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for clinical quality and cultural fit
- Perform thorough phone screens with the ability to have credible, clinically-informed conversations with NPs and quickly assess top-tier talent
- Partner closely with the Head of Talent and Director of Clinical Operations to move candidates through the process quickly
- Manage candidate pipeline and activity in Lever (transitioning to Greenhouse in early 2025)
- 5+ years of full-cycle clinical/provider recruiting experience (healthcare startup, health system, or agency/RPO)
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting Nurse Practitioners or Physicians in a high-volume, high-velocity environment
- Demonstrated comfort operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup/scale-up environment
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive with ambiguity
- Experience with Lever and/or Greenhouse strongly preferred
- Existing NP network is a significant plus
