    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and delivery expectations.
    • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Paid Media, Creative, Email & SMS, SEO/GEO, and other service teams to ensure work is properly sequenced, resourced, and delivered on time.
    • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, internal status reviews, and post-mortems to drive accountability, clarity of ownership, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage project workflows, task dependencies, and documentation within project management tools to ensure visibility, accuracy, and consistency.
    • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate appropriately and partner with leadership to resolve blockers efficiently.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements prior to launch.
    • Track and report on project performance, including timelines, scope adherence, and resource utilization (future state).
    • Support the standardization of delivery processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across accounts and agency operating models.
    • Manage 10-15 accounts or oversee $125,000 - $200,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Growing understanding of client needs and the ability to handle more complex interactions.
    • Strong communication skills, especially with mid-level stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects independently.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage workflows and ensure timely task completion.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Deliver 95%+ of projects and milestones on or before agreed timelines.
    • Maintain 98%+ adherence to approved project scope.
    • Ensure 98%+ of deliverables pass internal quality review prior to launch.
    • Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date project plans and documentation.
    • Contribute at least one adopted process or workflow improvement per quarter.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients if required.
    What does the hiring process entail?
    • Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 30-minute phone call, we'll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall.
    • Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview) - In this stage, you'll meet with the leader of our Media Services team to dive deeper into your experience. We'll focus on your ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, maintain ownership of timelines and budgets, proactively identify risks, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple service teams. We'll also discuss your experience managing a large book of business and driving efficient, scalable execution.
    • Stage 3 (Co-Founders Connect) - The last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
    • Stage 4 (Offer) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will make you a competitive offer and hope you'll accept
