    Enrollment Coordinators interface with both individual plan members and employer group and requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention.


    Required Education:
    Verifiable High School diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred

    Required Experience:
    Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook Minimum of 1 year of overall related experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment

    Soft Skills Required:

    Dependable/Responsible/Accountable Excellent spoken and written communication skills Capable of managing through transition, while fostering a positive team environment Confident in decision making ability within strict timelines Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential informationResponsibilities: Identifying and processing different types of documents and routing them to the correct area for processing Processing returned mail and updating members addresses Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis Follow work instructions regarding enrollment tasksBenefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
