Job Overview:
The Employee Success Specialist is a key member of a globally diverse team dedicated to providing guidance and support to employees across various regions, including Canada, the US, and Latin America.
This role focuses on delivering a world-class employee experience by offering expertise in HR policies, performance management, workplace accommodations, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, promoting the company's vision, values, and culture.
Recommend effective solutions and escalate workplace concerns to Employee Relations Managers when necessary.
Support business partners by interpreting policies and ensuring consistent practices.
Create and implement internal team procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics.
Collaborate with other centers of excellence, such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development.
Consult and build relationships with all levels of operational management and HR team members.
Exercise sound judgment and expertise within broadly defined policies and practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience consulting on HR policies and processes with employees and managers.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist; Employee Relations experience (performance management, coaching, employee/manager guidance, workplace accommodations) is ideal.
Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is preferred.
Proficiency with case management systems and Workday is preferred.
Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases effectively.
Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to apply company policies and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range:
$28- $32
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
