Job summary
This position is responsible for leading and guiding the ministry team in their area through the 5 Essentials and National Ministry best practices. They will also develop current ministry sites health and growth, regularly evaluate ministry effectiveness, volunteer oversight for their area, work with site directors to develop recruiting training retention plan for volunteers volunteer teams build deep community relationships in and around current ministry sites provide resources for trips events spearhead events assist during these events consistently involved in local ministry with lost teens some administrative functions involved reporting scheduling etc.
