    Description
    Family Practice physician employment in Florida: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician in Davenport, Florida

    We are looking for a provider to deliver comprehensive primary care services for both in-patient and out-patient settings, covering preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, primary care consultation with clinical staff, and collaboration with outside specialists.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
    • Follow disease management protocols and key clinical pathways to enhance clinical performance. Engage in Collaboratives and participate in healthcare programs approved by Senior Management of federal and state governments. Ensure adherence to clinical measures in coordination with QI/RM.
    • Facilitate necessary referrals, including social services, for patients in need of additional support.
    • Engage in outreach activities and off-site healthcare programs requiring Family Medicine services upon request.
    • Execute all duties, responsibilities, and competencies in a manner suitable for the age groups receiving care services.
    • Be prepared to work at other CFHC centers as required to provide coverage.
    • Offer off-hours and Saturday clinic coverage as designated by the CMO.
    • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the clinical team and provide support to colleagues.
    MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Education: Residency trained Physician.
    • Board Eligible / Certified in Family Practice.
    • Licensure: Florida License.
    • DEA Certificate.
    • Malpractice insurance.
    • Medical staff privileges at a suitable hospital.
    • BLS certification.
    Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency, holding a current US work visa.
