- Gathers all equipment necessary to service a function and maintains a clear, immaculate, and safe service corridor
Sets event rooms before functions and breaks down post event
Clears and cleans event rooms after functions
Carries trays,
buses
and reset tables with linen,china,glass,and silver Stockss linen,china,silver,and glassware for service Ensures all equipment is in excellent condition Maintains
and retrieves all food items from kitchen
attractively
safely transports them to an outlet
