    • Develop AI/Client and data analysis environments to enhance predictive capabilities
    • Engineer data at scale in real-time for valuable insights

    As a Senior Software Engineer - Governance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure and applications. Collaborate with platform infrastructure and data operations teams to integrate security and governance solutions within our technological stack. Your expertise in security and governance tools will drive the development of efficient and user-friendly products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deploy scalable governance solutions using a mix of technologies
    • Develop an automated policy engine integrated with authorization systems
    • Create user-friendly governance products integrated with existing data platforms
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in security and data governance
    • Provide mentorship to junior team members
    • Troubleshoot and resolve governance-related issues

    Education:

    • Minimum level of Education required: Bachelors' Degree
    • Preferred level of Education: Masters or PhD
    • Area of Specialization: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

    Job-Related Experience:

    • Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required: PhD + 2 years, Masters + 4 years, Bachelors + 6 years
    • Area of Specialization: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

    Additional Requirements:

    • Utilize at least one common programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java)
    • Extensive knowledge of computational data governance and security
    • Experience with cloud-based data governance solutions
    • Proficiency in managing authorization and authentication
    • Experience with CNCF ecosystem and modern software development tools
    • Cloud experience including infrastructure-as-code
    • Implement CI/CD using git and common CI/CD stack
    • Expertise in agile software development environments
    • Passionate about data-management and governance best practices
