Duties and Responsibilities:
The Auburn University at Montgomery College of Business Administration fosters a collaborative learning environment promoting innovative, effective business practices that positively impact our stakeholders by preparing students for successful careers.
They provide an environment where all students can achieve their potential through participating in classroom activities, academic support programs, and career development opportunities.
The COB is seeking to hire a part-time student employee to assist the Dean's office with light clerical work and special projects.
The employee will perform duties such as:
Answering telephones
Filing paperwork
Faxing/copying and using office supplies
Computer data entry
Running errands
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Basic office competence
Basic typing and computer application skills
Knowledge of operating common office equipment
Able to develop positive rapport with students
Desire to assist others
This position requires work outside of university business hours (8 am - 5 pm).
