Job summary
Provides on-site leadership for the Public Safety Operations Center directing real-time monitoring dispatch and mass-communication activities that protect patients visitors workforce members and property across all WellSpan locations.Responsibilities
- Leads operations center shifts by assigning workloads coaching and training security operations technicians and adjusting staffing to meet system-wide call radio and alarm volume.
- Supervises continuous CCTV alarm and geolocation monitoring for all facilities and WellSpan workforce members in the community escalating incidents according to established protocols.
