Our Critical Care Unit at St. Anthony Hospital has 16 mixed ICU and PCU private patient rooms.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.

Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing conditions, implementing care plans, and performing skilled procedures.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient well-being and recovery.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and managing illnesses.
Demonstrate critical thinking, keen assessment, and attention to detail, especially in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
Possess a patient-first mindset, showing compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to advocate for those in your care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient health records and participate in continuous learning and professional development.

Job Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or
New graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area i
e:
critical care, ED, PACU and successful completion of critical care residency program.
Registered Nurs
e:
WA
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Assoc. - CPR, upon hire and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
Preferred
Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
Previous PCU/ICU experience or
Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute
Certified Neuroscience RN
