Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting the Ecommerce Manager and Buying team with Web and Retail Stores.
Line Review:
Prepare orders by size for all WEB/Store orders and submit to production. Cross check all PO's are entered in the system.
Be up to date with any delays, review incoming WIPS and reach out to production if a hot style is past plan dates.
Maintain size curve by category with actualized dataMaintain Web Only Linesheets / Store Onlye Linesheets
Seasonal market research for competitive pricing analysis to share with buying/merchandising
Selling Reports:
Monthly and Qtrly Best Seller Report – Web & Store
Prepare weekly selling reports and monitor ATS for inventory transfers
Enter B0/RTA Inventory transfers
Web & Store Buys/Inventory Management
Maintain planning system updated for immediate and chase reorder analysis. Review the system and flag styles/sizes that may need chasing.
Monitor Store WIP arrival to the warehouse for immediate allocation to stores – per how the Associate Buyer wants to distribute
Enter weekly store allocations and monitor all open transfers have been shipped accordingly and arriving to stores without issues.
Touch base with store managers to make sure they know when a bigger replenishment of inventory is coming their way.
Enter RTVs and Store to Store transfers – advised by Associate buyer. Monitor that items properly sync from POS to M3 and close all open orders in the system.Coordinate Store (Leap) packing lists and RTV picks ups
Partner with IT for any inventory transfer systematic issues
POS Promotion Creation for all store promotions
Marketing:
Asana submissions
Monitor SHOPMY top links of the week and make sure top styles are not low on web
Salary Range:
The pay range of this position is $55k - $65k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
