Description

This is a PRN (As Needed), Night Shift Patient Access Representative role working with Houghton Hospital for Outpatient Services+ Shift Differential for Evening/Night ShiftsPerforms patient registration and office support duties of a complex nature.

Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers. Participates in the collection process of patient liability.

Position Qualifications/Minimum RequirementsExperience:

Required:

Six(6) months of customer service experiencePreferred: One (1) year of registration experience in a hospital settingNorthwest Medical Center Houghton is a 52-bed, full-service hospital serving Tucson's east side.

With a cath lab, labor and delivery unit, intensive care and neonatal intensive care units, full lab and radiology services and four operating rooms supporting a broad array of specialties, Northwest Medical Center Houghton holds plenty of opportunity for applicants.
