    Description

    Job Description:

    • Utilize social media strategies to identify and connect with physicians nationwide.
    • Match candidates' backgrounds with temporary job needs at healthcare facilities.

    • Engage physicians through various channels such as cold calls, email marketing, and texts to explore job opportunities.

    • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and physicians to expand your clientele.

    • Achieve monthly targets in a dynamic inside sales setting.
    • Deliver top-notch customer service to all stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to fulfill their talent requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree is a must.
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (experience in student athlete, clubs, military, community engagement will be considered).
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated sense of drive and urgency, with a preference for fast-paced environments.
    • Willingness to undergo coaching and training for personal and professional growth.
    • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
