- Provide gynecological-only medical and surgical services, with MIGS Division gynecologic on-call responsibilities. No obstetrical duty requirements
- Precept fellows, residents, students, and specified health care professionals, as appropriate, and contribute to the educational program for trainees in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Participate in MIGS-focused research endeavors.

- Eligibility to receive unrestricted licenses in DE and PA.
- Preference will be given to physicians who have demonstrated proficiency and scholarly achievement in an aligned area of women's health. Support to enhance such expertise will be prioritized.

ChristianaCare and The Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery in the Department of OB/GYN is searching for an experienced Board Certified, AAGL fellowship trained MIGS surgeon to join our established and growing faculty practice.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in advancing their career in academics as the MIGS Fellowship Director.
As a member of our MIGS surgical practice, you will be part of a fully supported team comprised currently of three surgeons, a MIGS fellow, an advanced GYN physician-assistant, and experienced nursing and office staff.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
We offer a full spectrum of comprehensive, integrated, high-quality health care services for women at every age and stage of life, with fellowship-trained specialists in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, Urogynecology, MIGS, and GYN Oncology.
Our OBGYN residency is comprised of 7 trainees per year, and graduates pursue a range of careers including academic fellowships, community-based generalist practice, and international outreach.
