Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research Analyst II to join the team at Stafford VA
The Research Analyst II conducts comprehensive research, analyzes data, and provides insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
The Research Analyst II works closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
Analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to the success of the organizations research initiatives
Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies; gathering data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research; analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques; identifying key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings; developing reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders; collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes; staying updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging research methodologies; assisting in the design and implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection; and supporting the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories
The Research Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
