Overall Summary of Role
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for exceptional customer service during assigned business hours. This role includes answering client calls, scheduling sessions, and taking payment.

This person is sometimes the first and last person our clients see and is therefore an important part of the client care process.

Specific DutiesClient/GuestRelations

• Follows the Client Care Process.
• Provides friendly, professional, Christ-like customer service to guests.
• Prepares rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Welcome clients with respect, protecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Ensures new client paperwork is completed before each appointment.
• Ensures all guests/staff comply with safety and confidentiality procedures.
• Receives, receipts and records client payments.
• Maintains working knowledge of sponsorship/scholarship/insurance packages and all partnership details.
• Works cooperatively with other employees to ensure client needs are met.

Other Responsibilities

• Attends all meetings, classes or trainings required by CEO.
• Adheres to organization requirements as written in the Employee Handbook.
• Completes any other tasks as requested to fulfill Care to Change mission.

Compensation based on experience.
