Job summary
The Rural Leadership Trainer is responsible for delivering advanced aquatic leadership training and lifesaving education to rural and underserved communities within the Halifax Regional Municipality. This role combines program instruction with proactive safety management and emergency preparedness in isolated environments.Qualifications
- Current Lifesaving Instructor certification.
- Have taught a minimum of three instructor-level courses in the following streams: Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Basic Workplace First Aid, and Intermediate Workplace First Aid.
