    A SPENGA front desk manager is a welcoming, dynamic, and efficient individual who takes care of members in a positive manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Prior experience in sales necessary; particularly in high-quality products or services
    • Openness to acquiring new knowledge. Applicants should be able to embrace our innovative fitness philosophy.
    • Motivation and determination
    • Outstanding customer service and sales abilities
    • Extra points for background and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin, and yoga

    Job Requirements:

    • Responsible for selling memberships and retail items
    • Achieve and surpass sales and retention targets
    • Enhance and maintain client engagement
    • Prepare and organize studio equipment before and after sessions
    • Ensure cleanliness of the facility
    • Embody the SPENGA brand, actively contributing to its promotion both inside and outside the studio
