Job summary
Partner with various business units to identify member needs operational challenges and strategic priorities Conduct interviews workshops and research to gather and prioritize both business and technical requirements Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve member experience and operational performance Develop business cases for new initiatives including performing ROI analysis cost-benefit evaluations and assisting with risk assessments Translate business needs into clear actionable functional and technical requirements Create process models use cases workflows data diagrams tailored specifically for credit union operations Ensure that requirements are complete consistent fully aligned with member-centric goals Maintain track requirements throughout the product lifecycle ensuring stakeholder alignment transparency at each stage Serve as liaison between business units IT teams vendors support staff facilitating collaboration communication Participate in software selection integration implementation efforts including core banking systems CRM platforms loan origination systems Facilitate user acceptance testing validate solutions against defined requirements Provide ongoing analysis support implemented solutions ensure they continue meet evolving business member needs Prepare deliver reports recommendations alternatives process improvements ensuring decision-makers have information needed Facilitate end-user training create comprehensive documentation new systems processes Ensure compliance internal standards external regulations NCUA FFIEC PCI.
