    CNC Lathe Operator
    Schedule:     4x10 -Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm - OT Available
    Pay: $20-$24 hourly depending on experience

    Description:
    This position is responsible for setting up and running, and taking ownership from a problem solving standpoint, of Lathe machine. This position requires determining process, tools, and running the machine.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Setup, Program and Run a CNC and Manual Lathe
    • Must be able to interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications.
    • Ability to inspect work, troubleshooting and recommend optimal cutting tools.
    • Lathe experience required.
    • Monitor parts to ensure they are meeting dimensional and drawing tolerances.
    • Take individual ownership for the Lathe in relation to troubleshooting error codes and regular maintenance items: Total Preventive Maintenance.
    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    • Must have Lathe experience
