    Job Description:

    Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA.

    This on-site position involves working with students in a school setting to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

    We are looking for a professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and helping them achieve their full potential.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of student progress and document all therapy sessions.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' progress and goals.
    • Stay current with best practices and evidencebased interventions in the field of speechlanguage pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Valid California state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-LanguageHearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
