    New York, NY) - Test Mulesoft applications under development using MUnit, SonarQube, JMeter, and Jenkins. Write test plans to document what tests have been performed with the expected and actual results as pass/fail status. Create Jira tickets for the development team to address found bugs. Participate in team conversations to discuss process improve measures to facilitate high-quality code in an efficient manner. Collaborate with other development teams, operations partners, and internal business stakeholders on projects.

    Proactively act on production support issues and/or system alerts, clearly and concisely communicate them with the affected stakeholders, and document work being performed.

    Escalate problems of a critical nature to the development and/or management team. Keep up-to-date on the latest testing techniques and tools and incorporate into our methodology as appropriate.


    Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computing and Business or a closely related quantitative field, plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or a quality assurance engineer position.

    All required experience must have included performing software quality assurance and testing using the following technologies:

    Mulesoft (Mule 3.x, Mule 4.x, Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, Monitoring, Visualizer and Support Center); Java, Groovy, Dataweave; log analysis tools like ELK or Splunk; build tools like Jenkins; ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow; messaging brokers like JMS, ActiveMQ or AnypointMQ; unit testing frameworks Junit or Munit; performance testing tool like JMeter; and API tools Postman or SoapUI; and Selenium WebDriver and Nunit, Junit and ReportUnit frameworks for automation testing.

    This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S.

    Salary:
