- Work on this product will be to support digital products focused on agent experience and alternative sales distribution in the Personal Lines insurance industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a curious mindset, adept at telling stories/ visualizing and influencing with data, reporting, measuring and monitoring outcomes.
- Experience in agile environments focused on enabling the digital experience, creative problem solver, journey mapping, and building trust and effective relationships quickly is desired.
- The Specialist, Digital Product Analyst is a member of an agile team who supports the Digital Product Owner by completing discovery activities i.e. research, competitive analysis and measurement review for specific funded initiatives.
- This role is responsible for ensuring proper requirement artifacts are created and estimates from dependent teams are successfully fulfilled.
- Ideally the Specialist, Digital Product Analyst is collocated with the Product Owner and agile team.
- Conducts detail customer and product impact analysis for a single product, experience and/or line of business.
- Typically, provides analysis and data to the Product Owner to assist with prioritization and decision making.
- Participates in usability research and reviews results with Digital Product Managers/Owners and provides input to User Experience team in the development of wireframes and prototypes.
- Conducts competitive analysis on customer digital product landscape and business segment specific competitors at the direction of the Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Provides results back for others to review and use.
- Conducts current state business landscape analysis including people, process, technology assessments plus future state business analysis for a single line of business, product and/or experience.
- Provides findings to Product Manager and/or Product Owner and agile team
Works with the Digital Product Owner to document and deliver requirement artifacts to agile team. -
