The Human Resources Coordinator will work with a team of HR professionals to ensure AEO continues to attract, hire, and retain associates who live AEO's values. The coordinator will assist in recruitment efforts, onboarding initiatives,
and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet applicants and pre-screen potential candidates
  • Facilitate DC tours as needed
  • Work with operations team to schedule onsite interviews
