    Description
    A critical role in the UK Governance & Process Assurance team (Human Health Compliance) that ensures the UK organisation is always audit ready with robust process assurance analysis and

    reporting.
    Key

    Activities

    (will

    include

    some

    of)

    Perform reviews under criteria set for audit assurance and the scope of EmpowerBI (internal monitoring tool that flags potential policy findings and areas of risk).

    Performing audit reviews in relation to our internal and external requirements in scope of our UK processes, providing updates to the Head of HH GPA on findings and trends
    Update and track findings, working with the Governance and Process Assurance Business Partners to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions resulting from audits, exercises and management reviews
    Produce detailed, high-quality and accurate reports of findings and trends for management

    review
    Assist with other compliance and audit activities as

    required
    Review activities within Aravo (Third party due diligence

    tool)

    Maintain Global requirements under the remit of the management of internal processes including but not limited to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) review, DPSS (Denied Party Sanctions Screening) management, aggregate spend reporting, annual review co-ordination.

    Manage the arrangements and co-ordination of the Compliance

    Network
    Support the Governance and Process Assurance Business Partners with SharePoint Maintenance and SOP tracking
    Skills and

    systems
    Able to identify key trends and produce a summary of detailed outputs for management

    Some experience in reviewing data for trends and gaps is ideal but not

    essential
    Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is
