Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American pharmaceutical company to hire a n Automation Specialist to work on-site at their Rocky Mount, NC facility.

Title:Automation Specialist
Location:Rocky Mount, NC
Pay:$3 3 to 37 per hour
Shift:7 PM to 7 AM

The successful candidate will:

• Working with the engineering team, you will play a critical role in the management of manufacturing information systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensure zero down time.
• As an Automation Specialist your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team.
• Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables.
• Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

• Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR an associate degree with 2+ years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Familiar with industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, SCADAs, computerized systems, Historians, and/or SQL Server.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues to root cause and recommending and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and training abilities
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills.
