    Manage and optimize a fully functional supply chain management/production control organization for assigned manufacturing location(s)

    Selects, develops and evaluates team to ensure efficient operation of the Supply Chain functions, provides performance enhancing feedback to employees verbally and in writing.

    Documents feedback through Confirmation of Conversations. Conducts and participates in annual performance reviews for direct report and employees.

    Develops supply chain budgets, support SIOP, S&OP targets/templates, reviews monthly expenditures to ensure budgeted targets are met, initiates and manages efficiency and cost reduction programs.

    Achieves financial objectives by working with management group to prepare the materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

    Responsible for inventory management including the inventory turns metric(s), and inventory accuracy, in conjunction with the inventory control function. Identifies opportunities for inventory reduction and recommends disposition of excess and obsolete inventory.
    Establishes, implements and optimizes standard operating procedures (SOP's) based on lean best practices related to systems, processes and metrics for the functions
