- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years' related experience working in an office environment
- Two (2) years' experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Programs
- Two (2) years' experience customer service
- One (1) year experience working with children and/or families
- One (1) year experience performing data entry

JOB SUMMARY: Provides Case Management and Job Counseling services to clients who are referred by DSHS Work First Case Manager. Assess client education, employability and personal circumstances to develop client employability plans. Act as client advocate to outside agencies and business contacts. Maintain a confidential client files in accordance with Tribal Policies. Perform intake assessment of clients need; develop an individual responsibility plan detailing the client's goals and responsibilities. Develop methods and timelines to assist clients to maintain participation. Implement employability skills training and community outreach.
COMPENSATION: $25.31 hr.
