- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems.
- Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Learning and Development: Assist Journeyman Electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Blueprints and Documentation: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license and Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program with Proven experience as an apprentice.
