Job DescriptionAs an HVAC Technician, you will:

Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipmentBe responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintain various types of HVAC units within our propertyWork and document a preventative maintenance programRepack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective partsChanges out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing them with new filters, labeling new filters before installationMaintain air handler closets regularlyClean evaporator and condenser coils regularlyLeaves work area in a neat, clean conditionQualificationsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
