**Description**

This Lead Supervisor position is full time with benefits. The schedule and hours are as follows Thursday-Monday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Compensation is per hour at $18-$19 DOE. The schedule for checks is payout bi-weekly or every two weeks. We are looking for a strong, positive, employee and customer driven candidate that will help lead customer service and navigate standards in kitchen operations,

Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the strategic and operational objectives are accomplished.

Works with serving staff to ensure alternatives to menu can be completed for customer satisfaction and needs are met.

Evaluates patient meal selection, tray completion, tray delivery, and tray retrieval process daily.

Resolves customers concerns or complaints immediately and/or reports needed assistance to Food Service Director/Executive Chef as appropriate.

Ensures proper staffing is scheduled and/or available to perform daily activities and discusses where help is needed with Food Service Director.

Coordinates and oversees daily and weekly activities/tasks are performed by staff.

Evaluates, mentors, and disciplines dietary employees, as applicable and according to departmental policy

Submits all required documentation, reports, logs in a timely, professional and complete manner.

Exhibits pleasant and cheerful demeanor and maintains a helpful attitude towards employees and customers.

**Must pass a federal background check and drug screen**.

Food handlers certificate is a must to start.
