    Private wealth management firm, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their client service team.

    Primary responsibility will be to provide support services to ultra-high net worth clients.

    The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a client service professional in family wealth management, financial services, or accounting; with strong interpersonal skills, and success in supervising and facilitating team collaboration across departments.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage client relationships to ensure that all aspects of our client service offering are being addressed (investments, tax and estate planning, insurance, and philanthropy)
    Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client service needs (transfers, wires, checks, trading)
    Help manage the onboarding and implementation for new clients
    Review quarterly investment performance reports for accuracy
    Develop client asset allocations and rebalancing recommendations
    Participate in client meetings and related meeting preparation, as needed
    Proactively service client needs and research and resolve client questions
    Perform ad hoc analyses for clients' financial planning needs
    Manage relationships with client's outside advisors (CPA, insurance broker, banker, attorney)

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required, CFP, CPA, or CFA preferred.
    Be a self-starter, detail oriented, reliable, dedicated, collaborative, intellectually curious, with a friendly and positive personality
    5-6 years relevant industry experience, ideally at a high-net-worth RIA or wealth management firm
    Top-notch written and oral communication skills
    Ability to handle multiple projects for various team members simultaneously
    Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
    Experience with relevant software a plus (portfolio rebalancing and financial planning) and familiarity with custodian platforms (Schwab and Fidelity) highly desirable

    Starting salary:
    $150k annually, based on experience. Full benefits include, health, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan and profit sharing.
