- Assist in the execution of the team's in-arena retail merchandise operation
- Assist in customer's purchasing needs while creating an innovative shopping experience
- Provides outstanding customer service in a welcoming manner and responds appropriately to customer's questions/requests
- Process purchases through the POS system
- Assist in setting up and taking down merchandise displays
- Assist in inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Alerts management of potential security issues
- Set-up pre-game and breakdown post-game retail store
- Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness of store/stands
- Other duties as assigned
- Retail Sales Experience Preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a priority on excellent customer service
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable being responsible and handling retail purchase transactions
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Bilingual Preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for entire length of shift
- Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
- Bending, reaching, and climbing on step stool
- Can you work nights and weekends as required?
