    Senior Caregiver Position



    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to seniors in a long-term care setting.



    Job Description:




    • Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

    • Know and deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of residents as per care plan.

    • Considered a member of the nursing team and is expected to know, and will be held accountable for, following infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use.

    • Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing,vital signs collection,
      , transferring,repositioning,walking using correct transfer techniques.and also provides range of motion/exercises assist help with food prep,dining creating positive dining experience,resident meal/snack preparation/water/supplements.
      Aids providers/nursing staff members with procedures if needed Documents resident interactions(outcomes/resident)care behavior/activity/dietary Communicates resident's changing condition/care concerns/responses charge RN Collects non-invasive body fluid specimen,gathers vital signs Provides housekeeping laundry services keep environment clean operational participate wellness/recreational programs.Enhance patient engagement opportunities Participate departmental committees task forces,
